As an intuitive, Paula listens to and studies each individual body to customize an experience that effectively initiates Whole Being Wellness. Using various techniques, movements, and tools to open, energize, and promote healing to the body.
Including various styles and practices of yoga, pilates, reiki, myofascial release, meditation, and pranayama breathing exercises, sound therapy, and aromatherapy.
This class is best for someone looking for a transformative mind and body healing experience.
Initial Body Assessment $325
In-person sessions are 90-minutes and start at $275

Each session includes balancing Reiki with grounding, simple yoga poses and deep passive stretching with aligned breath. If necessary, Role Model Method® tools will be included in the session. This initiates a release of stress, restoring the body and mind. Restfully ensuring whole being alignment which supports an overstimulated individual who wants to release stress and tension.
This is best for someone looking to let go and relax, while aligning the mind, body, and spirit.
Initial Body Assessment is in-person for 90-minutes/$275.
Following the assessment, sessions can be 60 minutes and option for virtual if preferred.

Yoga Tune Up® helps eradicate pain, improve posture and enhance performance through a unique blend of yoga, alignment, guided self-massage, and breath strategies. By helping to identify and target your "body blind spots"; areas that are most overused, underused, or misused. This is a myofascial release therapy.
This class is best for someone with particular aches and pains, who has yet to find the comfort of release.
In-person sessions are 60 or 90-minutes and start at $200.

For anyone at any age, who that feels the need to stretch tense muscles and gain more flexibility. Paula will guide you through breath aligned movements customized to your body’s ability to optimize your capacity for improved mobility and range of motion. (Myofascial Release Therapy if necessary.)
This approach is ideal for athletes at all levels and those looking to reduce stress throughout their body after intense workouts. The 30 minute session is ideal for tweens and teenaged athletes looking to improve performance and preventing risk of injury.
Assessment 90 min. in-person session is $275.
Each in person session following assessment is 60 min./$175.

From her own need to navigate and heal herself through traumatic seasons life confronted her with, Paula has created a specific ritual-based curriculum to assist and guide other women through whatever support, rehabilitation, release is needed to align with their true self and plug back into empowerment and clarity.
This is a 3-6 month biweekly support program including bodywork and body movement.
