I couldn’t bear watching a mother cry for the loss of her child, or a child losing their family member over senseless acts of violence. I find that since becoming a mother the weight of the world rests on my shoulders too often. I came to realize I needed to balance out the urbanomics of the environment... Read The Rest →

Got A Random Dry Spot?

My son has sensitive skin…unfortunately he took after his mommy on that one.  So I have been prepared with all natural jojoba oil on hand at all times.  I noticed last week that he kept tugging at his left ear.  Come to find out he had a dry spot behind his ear.  It was already scaly and irritated…PANIC! My toddler seems to already know this. Chocolate a day keeps the coughs away! But not the tears. Once he got a taste you can see what happened.
